When You Are a Perfectionist

There’s a lot of satisfaction that comes from doing things right, whether that’s making a textbook 3-point jump shot, acing your driver’s test, or turning in a stellar term paper. Doing things with excellence is great, but being a perfectionist can hinder a person’s well-being.
